It's not easy to see in the photo, but I used a technique called Cuttlebug Smoosh {I think - if I have it wrong, comment me and I'll correct it} where you ink up the C'bug embossing folder. It leaves ink in the depression of you paper. I used white craft ink and then embossed it with clear ep - so the egg has a bit of a shine to it. It's actually cool because the raised areas do not have embossing, so they are matte - just adds a little different look. After I made it I thought a little glitter would have been really neat ... but I didn't go back and try to add it. Someone special is getting this Easter card in the mail.
Here are photos of one of our {many} cats enjoying the spring morning. Isn't he a beautiful kitty? Look at his elegantly curled tail - ha!
Yes, I'm talking about you Mr. Kitty.
Don't forget there is blog candy being offered a couple of posts down. Just comment me and I'll draw a name Sunday.
happy stampin'

Susan - happy spring!!! I love the card, and what a handsome kitty boy!
Those flowers are beautiful and your card is, too! Handsome Mr. Kitty is looking very regal - as only a cat can! I love kitties :-)
Susan, you won my PC101 RAK! Will you send me your address to sagrimm@hotmail.com, please? Thanks!!
What a funny look on Mr. Kitty. He seems to be saying "How rude" like Stephanie on Full House used to say. Wasn't today wonderful! We spent the day at the Anderson Flea Market. It was the best day of the year so far!
ok, enough of the cats! you need to blog some more!!!!! LOL!
forgot to mention - love the card!
you are so talented.
Thank you. The card looks better in person than in the photo. That's most often the case. I need to get better w/ photos.
