Christmas Lights (Video Sunday)

This project makes my mind crazy with possibilities! There are so many different ways you can decorate the lights (stamps, Copic air brush, twinkling h2o, glitter, tissue paper, even photos!) ... and an infinite number of ways to use them (Christmas of course, but how about birthdays, parties, cook-outs, weddings, oh my!).
