Whoa, I made a necklace?

I am not a jewelry maker, and I rarely wear jewelry myself except for my wedding rings. But, there is a new line of jewelry products by Plaid that are so fresh and contemporary! I fell in love when I saw it. This is how deeply I fell in love - the person who doesn't wear jewelry spent $53 on supplies!

The first project I wanted to make was featured on the display. It's a necklace and I just had to make it for my daughter, I think she might like it. I also bought some charms, etc. that may work on a card project. As soon as I have time, I'm going to play around with those charms and see how they work out.

LOL - are you laughing at my photo? I didn't have a good way to photograph the necklace, so I put a pillow down and threw a towel over it for some dimension. I tried my best to get the necklace to hang attractively... this is the best I could do.

Would you like a closer look at the quote charm? Ok, here you go:

That's it for today! I'll see you again soon.

happy stampin'
